Alyssa Czudek, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Alyssa is originally from Massachusetts where she was born and raised. She served in the U.S. Army as a nurse, which relocated her to Louisiana in 2007, where she currently resides with her husband and four children. Alyssa graduated from Northwestern State University with her Associates in Nursing, then immediately continued there for her Bachelors. Working in Mental Health for over 15 years, she went on to achieve her Masters in Nursing from McNeese State University. She is currently ANCC board certified and providing care as a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner.

Kimberly Colston, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Kim graduated from Northwestern State University with a Masters of Nursing. Kim has worked in the mental health field for over 15 years. She is married to DeWayne and together they have 3 children and one granddaughter.

Jessica Floyd, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Jessica graduated from Frontier Nursing University as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She believes God has guided every step of her journey and would not be where she is today without Him. Her goal is to provide compassionate, respectful care where patients feel heard, supported, and never judged as they work together toward healing and stability.

Counselors

Andrew Rivers, LPC

Andrew graduated from Louisiana State University at Alexandria with a Bachelors in Communication Studies and graduated with his Masters in Counseling from Liberty University. Andrew is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He specializes in individual, marriage, and family counseling

Angela Sasser, PLPC

Angie graduated from Louisiana College with a bachelors in music and a bachelors in special education. She earned her Masters in gifted education from Northwestern University. She taught school in Rapides Parish for 14 years before earning her Masters in clinial mental health counseling from Liberty University. She is a provisionally licensed profession counselor who sees individuals and couples practicing with a trauma informed cogntive behavioral approach to client care.

Lisa Mount, LCSW

Lisa graduated from Stephen F. Austin with a Masters of Social Work. She specializes in individual counseling and sexual trauma. In addition to counseling patients at Rivers Solutions, Lisa also teaches counseling classes at Northwestern State University.
